Over the past decade, Paul Merrill has written for just about anyone who would pay him, and a few who didn’t. He has written scripts for top-selling video games and jokes for talking bugs. His strangely popular Seattle Supersonics blog, Supersonicsoul.com, has landed him in the New York Times, ESPN.com, and on Public Radio’s “Weekend America”.
When night falls, he leaves his wife and children and ventures into the filthy world of stand-up comedy, where he performs his “act” in front of confused and often frightened audiences.
